Disabled Modification
The main focus for this addition / alteration was to allow for disabled access and still maintain a home that had a welcoming, relaxed family oriented feel.

Merewether Residence
This is an architecturally designed, custom built home. External finishes on the home include a mixture of polymer rendered brickwork and Symonite. Internal finishes include timber veneer and fabric wall panels, ceaser stone and granite benchtops, select grade blackbutt floors, stairs and ballustrading and a wide range of ceramic and stone tiles.

Bar Beach Residence
This residence is an architecturally designed, custom built home. The building was constructed using precast concrete wall and floor panels. This method of construction could be considered unusual and unique in its residential application, but was chosen due to the time savings that could be achieved on site, the unrivalled thermal rating and strength of the finished product.

Backyard Resort
The design phase of this project spanned nearly 12 months as RTC’s Director familiarised himself with knowledge in an area which is an extension to our already diverse core business. The brief was to create a backyard resort for the whole family to enjoy while incorporating and remaining sympathetic to the existing surrounding home.
