RTC Wins NSW Land & Housing Corporation "Fire Safety Upgrade" Contract
The New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation has announced that RTC Facilities Maintenance were successful in our tender for the Fire Safety Upgrade contract.
These works are essentially composed of Fire Safety Program Works that includes the upgrading of premises to renew compliance with Housing’s Fire Risk Management Plan. The contract runs through to the end of June 2011 with options to extend up to June 2013.

RTC Facilities Maintenance has employed Chris Gray, who has extensive experience in project management, to help administer the contract and deliver key outcomes as required by the contract.
The areas under our management include the Northern Zone (which includes the north-east coast from Tweed Heads down to Foster and inland regional centres including Armidale, Gunnedah, Tamworth, Tenterfield, Inverell, Moree and Narrabri) and the Southern & Western Division (which includes Bathurst, Mudgee, Cowra, Orange, Manildra, Lake Cargilligo, Parkes and Forbes).
